The service

ResoDesk is an AI resolution platform in early demonstration. The demo clinics, doctors, appointments, fees and records are fictional. Nothing booked or confirmed in the demo is a real appointment or transaction.

Not medical advice

ResoDesk does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not rely on it for health decisions. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number, such as 112 or 108 in India, or 911 in the United States.

AI output

The assistant uses artificial intelligence and speech recognition, and it can make mistakes. Check anything important before relying on it.

Your account

You need a Google account to use the assistant. You are responsible for activity under your signed-in session. You must be at least 18 to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share real patient, health or other sensitive personal information in the demo.

• Break the law, or harass or abuse anyone, including the assistant.

• Try to get around sign-in, rate limits or security controls, or disrupt the service.

• Scrape or copy the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.

Your content and privacy

You keep the rights to what you submit. You allow us to process it to run and improve the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Our intellectual property

ResoDesk owns the service, its software and its brand. These terms do not transfer them to you.

Availability

We may change, limit or stop the service at any time. Voice features may be unavailable at certain hours, including overnight India time.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ResoDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top of this page.
